No idea, Mom did not take the reins last night and make dinner as she went out instead so she picked up Chinese on the way home, I should have fought it but I was too tired and just rolled with it. She is off again today so hopefully tonight she takes the reins since she said she will be cleaning out the fridge and I know there are leftovers to be used up.
last night at daughter`s house we had pork tenderloin a la Ricardo (Québec masterchef), garlic mashed potatoes and vegies.
tonight leftover BBQ chicken that i bought for lunch with whatever else i can find. Blueberry pie for dessert.

I was thinking of splurging on steak! But if it will be raining at dinner time then may wait till tomorrow night. But I'm sure my man won't mind bbqing in the rain, never bothered him before. Maybe we will move the bbq to the front and we can sit in the garage while he bbq's. I will drink wine and supervise!

Mama Sita!!! I Love you!! O.k. the liquid version in a bottle is such a tasty marinade for the chix thighs I did up. Just baked on a sheet in the oven and they came all crispy on the skin but also gooey with thickened sauce all over! DH was doing his best
" selling " them to the kids saying " have ya tasted the chicken Mom made yet?, ( neither of them had been awake for more than a few minutes ) ....then later on " do you guys want some chicken? " . Him and I may just finish them off tonight with some leftover salad and a beer.

going to daughter`s house for another 2 b-day parties! she is having 3 kinds of sandwiches (egg, ham and chicken), cold cuts, mac salad, potato salad, cole slaw, buns, marinades, etc. and 2 b-day cakes for dessert.
I have Crock Pot Fajitas in the Crock Pot and I will serve these with a Ranch Salad.

I had schnitzel, spaetzle, smokie, and sauerkraut - LOL< I just realized four esses! Yummeroonie!
Mom is doing grilled pizza with mushroom and onion, tuna steaks, coleslaw, blueberry tarts and coconut-pineapple smoothie.
Put a Beef Roast in the Crock Pot, not really a light summer meals but I am so craving Roast so I do not care, we will for the first time try Crock Potato potatoes as I don't even want to use the stove top as we are supposed to hit 42 today. No idea what the veggie will be yet have to see what other kitchen appliances I can find that will not heat the house up.
