still trying to fend off getting that cold/sore throat nonsense that DH had....I have sneezed enough to know that it is trying to get me! , I feel blah and have the slightest tickle in my throat...so for an afternoon snack I took 2 cold/flu pill medication...that aughta stop it. I'll see how hungry I am later.
for lunch i did an avacado with 1/2 pastromi and cheese sandwich on whole grain bread.
thinking leftover chicken/turkey, rice/soup and steamed carrots.
Made some more spring rolls and then had a jacket potato...oh how i love jackets!
Made shepherds pie and brocoli for my meateaters.
This is just one of the plates I had from the breakfast buffet at the delta chelsea(even have eggs Benedict on the buffet) :)

I didn't feel like eating dinner tonight. I just had a bowl of cereal & wine gums
finished off the thanksgiving leftovers woo! I made enough food for 6 meals LOL! Now I actually have to start cooking food again for supper if I want to eat LOL!
Hope you can fight it off...my husband always keeps a bottle of Drambuie in the upstairs cabinet...he keeps it there for, ahem, medicinal purposes.
I made panfried sea bass, zucchini, pasta and peas. Not the most colourful supper, but it tasted good. The sea bass was quite bland, might need to kick the seasoning up a notch should I prepare this again.
for dinner i had braised chicken thighs with chinese greens and rice, which i made on the weekend
small banana bread for dessert.
ended up making GF toast with natural PB and apple slices, it went down but with no pizzaz. If I am off my food something ain't right, lol Should work out well for my weigh in next Monday! ( haw)
Tonight will be homemade chicken soup - can't wait!
last night was turkey rice soup and toasted turkey sandwiches. i think tonight will probably be the same for me, i might make the kids mashed potatoes and corn to go with some turkey as they're not huge fans of the soup thanks to the turnip in it.
tonight im doing steamed crawfish with some veggies and pasta
