I picked out the little-er ribs...just wasn't that hungry! I used the leftover pulled pork BBQ sauce on them. Yummy!

Last night I made beef dip (from leftover roast beef from the night before), and watermelon and feta salad and some homemade spicy fries

Tonight will be pork souvlaki - sides to yet be determined.

chicken curry in the crock pot for DH with quinoa and wild rice. Not sure what I'm having.

Making pizza! Breaking the Halloween night dinner tradition of the past few years of buying Hot N Ready pizza!

Hot dogs and raw veggies and dip. Something fast and easy that I know they will eat before they go trick or treating. I am making the buns home made in my bread machine.

Last night shrimp tacos were so freakin' good I feel like having them again ;)... but I wont.

Mmmm now that bugga mentioned hot dogs I remembered that I wanted them earlier this week..... so maybe hot dogs?????

No idea - but i did make a cream of celery soup earlier. Just not sure what to have with it,lol
Maybe i'll make some foccacia, throw a salad together......

The guys are having homemade burgers and asparagus and poutine??
Maybe I will have poutine... But it is really not on my eating plan at all:(

See what happens when you make up your mind about dinner at 8:30 in the morning!. I changed my mind and we are having breakie for dinner. Bacon, eggs, hashbrowns, and homemade waffles :P

2 twizzlers, a mini snickers, a mini oh henry, a mini crispy crunch and....I'm going to see what's in the other box of halloween candy we bought :)

I have no idea. I just took our 7wk old trick or treating to the neighbours. He's a lion this year and gets "second hand candy" from mom. I'm waiting for my husband to return from towing our friend (he got stuck at the landfill), then we'll drive across our small city to trick or treat at my brother's house. :)

Tonight I made veal milanese and some haluski. I haven't had that in a while and have been craving it lately. It's crazy when you get thinking of all the things you like, but for some reason or another haven't made in a while. The wheels start turning.

My dh even asked me tonight why I haven't made it in months as he loves it. Something to be said for good old Polish comfort food!

I try to cook good meals on my days off because night shift does mess with me. If I have the time lamb chops, or nice stacked burgers, or other homemade stuff. On nights I work often sandwiches, snacks etc that's why I try not to post those here lol. ;)
