Cooking a beef and a vegetable kabob on the grill-out by the pool in Maui. Found it marked down at Foodland for $2.94 which is much cheaper( and healthier) than eating out.

Made some Chinese food and had a slice of cheesecake for desert.
Spaghetti and jarred sauce, garlic buns. I've been craving this for a long time, so simple but so good!
Supper was pork steaks, unsweetened apple sauce, noodles, and cooked veggies.
The pork steaks were nearly free because I SCOPed the pork loin for $1 and we cut and packaged it at home.
Tonight we did chicken quesadillas for supper tonight. 3 of them had chicken red orange and yellow peppers with onion and cheese. (2 of the three had bean sprouts too) and the 4th had chicken and cheese.
I put out sour cream and salsa too. Left sliced peppers on the counter (and I've seen our youngest come up several times for a handful now)

..suppose to be going to friends for a BBQ but we have a wind warning in place so TBD on the weather...made a deal to watch the Atlanta game first and THEN they can watch hockey
Last night I made comfort food and dodged the storm.
Chicken, broccoli and cheese and mushroom rice.
Tonight is beef short ribs in the slow cooker, I used cherry porter and PC beer and chipotle bbq sauce.
For sides I have; sweet potatoes, spinach, and fresh PC pasta to use up.
I plan to fry the pasta in oil and garlic, its also good on the BBQ.

Yesterday everyone was home at different times because of the weather so we voted on pizza. The place we normally go was taken over by new owners and really turned for the worse so we decided to try out a different place in town that has been there for along. I have to admit that we should of tried this place out years ago.
Tonight just myself and the wife so we are just going to use what we already have and do one of those tia rosa kits. And will have leftovers for breakfast
snagged 2 family sized trays of chicken drumsticks that were marked down, so one tray is simmering in a large pot, with some scrappy ribs of celery and an onion. When the stock is just right I'll strain and season it, hand pick the meat all off the bones add then add some new raw diced veggies.
The other tray of drumsticks will be done in an egg/flour coating and then fried slowly until crispy brown.
Coleslaw on the side.
Decided to clean out the fridge and see what I would find. Tonight is leftover Homemade Meatloaf with Loaded Mashed Potato bake using leftover mashed potatoes, some green onions that needed to be used up, the last of the sour cream in an open container. Now we have dinner and a little more room in the fridge
Takeout tonight, since my husband had to go see our son to bring him food and groceries - so the two of them would have supper together (son lives about 45 away, is healing a broken leg). Husband dropped off food for me before he left - sweet and sour pork, fries and gravy, Caesar salad, garlic toast - SO much food, will be plenty left for tomorrow.
Tonight was fried Chemo perogies, boiled Ukrainian sausage, boiled cabbage, baby cut carrots, and a cup of milk.
Split pea soup
Tonite steaks bbq , onion and mushroom ,baked potatoes with cheese chives and bacon , garlic bread and Cesar salad and Diet Pepsi
dessert apricot and raisin cake and vanilla ice cream
...finished making my turkey soup yesterday afternoon, it turned out really good, leftovers for today
Tacos with all the fixings.
Supper plan is home made corn chowder.
Beer can chicken, store bought, spinach and cheese ravioli and steamed broccoli.
My wife made spaghetti sauce yesterday so it is really on purpose leftovers. My son was at RCSS earlier so he picked up a loaf of fresh bread
It is Mom's Birthday and she wanted Chinese so Chinese it is, she got Egg Rolls, Wonton Soup. Sweet & Sour Chicken Balls, Crispy Shrimp, Chicken Fried Rice, Beef & Broccoli & Deep Fried Chicken Wings
Slow cooker chicken cordon bleu, mashed potatoes and carrots.
Bologna and lettuce on an everything bagel (Dempster's okay, not nearly as good as Coop's), canned veggie soup.
Roast beef , French fries, coleslaw and tomatoe and Diet Pepsi
Home made blueberry cheesecake
...looking here for inspiration, wish I'd taken something out for the slow cooker...have pork chops thawing, maybe bbq in the oven, baked potato & a salad
Tonight is going to be ribs with poutine or maybe just fries.

Slow cooked Swiss Steak with egg noodles.
Tonight is homemade burgers! Watching Grandma's house while she is away and the note said to take the homemade burger patties in the freezer :) So that is dinner tonight :) with leftovers for the kids tomorrow.
What's on your dinner b/day menu tonight @cath007 ?
Happy Birthday.
Husband offered to make sarma for supper - my contribution will be chopping the onions and garlic.
