Tonight is homade calzone with whole wheat dough stuffed with pepperoni, mushrooms, and orange bell peppers to take the heat off the pepperoni and loaded with part skim mozarella. Oh and a shreded salad on the side I guess that's what's for dinner when you watch Seinfeld re runs!!!

Tonight is another fave of DH and mine since it is sooooo easy
Hebrew hotdogs with homemade chilie topped with cheddar cheese and crushed corn chips.
I really gotta start meal planning and get some healthy meals in there somewhere!

Tonite we're having chicken stir fry. Skinless boneless chicken breasts and a bag of frozen EB veggies and white rice. Now I have to decide on the sauce... hmm most likely teriyaki and lots of it 'cause my hubby like his saucy. LOL

I made "The thighs the limit chicken thighs", from the looney spoons cookbook. Rice and M&M's Spring rolls. It was delicious.

The use only Kosher meat (front part of the cow, if I remember my Hebrew cooking class right) and no pork. They are the best IMO.
Spaghetti and meat sauce (veggie) sauce for us today. I'm trying one of thoes whole wheat but white looking pastas today. Wish me luck.

Exactly! According to their website:
Our products are made with the finest ingredients and contain no artificial flavors, no artificial colors, no by-products, and no fillers.
And no if's and's or BUTT's!
DH has been bugging me to get these so when we went to the states on Sunday guess what Fred Meyer had on sale? So we got some. I sure hope they taste as good as I think they will

I love them. When we trucked in the USA we would BBQ them all the time. The are fav. I'm sad that we don't get them here. Now I just eat what ever Kosher ones I can find.
