I went crazy at walmart supercentre yesterday. Tonight I'll have scallops. Not sure what I'll have it with just yet.
So I went ahead and had the scallops, with mashed potatoes, tomatoes and mushrooms and a ceaser salad.

I still haven't tried that yet.... everytime I go to the US, I'm always looking to eat at places that we don't have in Canada.

    What I haven't tried:
Jack in the Box, What a Burger, Chick-Fil-A, fatburger, Hardees

    What I have tried:
White Castle, IHOP (Oh MY GoD), checkers, california pizza, in-n-out and sonics

    It was ok....

I took 3 large pork steaks, cut them in half, put on the stuffing mix(optional) followed by thinly sliced onion, can cream of chicken soup (called for cream celery but I did not have) and 1/4 cup water. Cooked on high 4 bours(can do low for 7-8) I found it salty ...I am going to try it again but withiut the stuffing.....but the pork was really good, falling apart after it was done! Fow someone who really likesthe stuffing it would prolly be good.

Well I have leftover homemade chicken soup from last night, but I also defrosted 3 lbs of ground beef, and it's starting to snow here so maybe i'll make either meatballs and rice, or meatloaf or something..don't know..any ideas?
