Tonight is shepherd's pie with a southwest twist! Jack Daniels BBQ sauce and taco seasoning in the meat, lots of chili/lime seasoning in the corn layer, and nacho cheese on top!

Tonight I am making one of DH's favorite comfort foods that his Mom made for him when he was growing up. Classy Chicken - are you ready it's really complicated. Chicken breasts, Cream of mushroom soup, Swiss Cheese and Stove top stuffing. He loves it so I make it for him when he is having a bad day.
Also, leftover scallop potatoes and Peas.

dried chicken noodles soup with boiling water and a ham bun.. lmao.. I'm sick.. don;t want to make anything fancy for anyone because I keep sneezing.. and I'd run thru the "medical" gloves tyring to keep myself sanitary to cook lol!
Starting to lose my taste buds but my mum agrees that this Lipton chicken noodle soup mix is very very veeeeeery bland.. I had to break itno my spice cupboard and drop in hald a chicken boullion cube.. mmm.. tastes MUCH better now lol.
Anyone shop from http://www.epicureselections.com/en/ for their spices? A co-worker at ma's work is a rep for them in the area [place is based out in bc I believe] We gave her the money and the list and we had it within 4 days =0 Very good stuff.. and best part they are nut free [but they don't put it on their labels 'just in case' but they said ti was okay]. Good stuff good stuff Going to place an order to some seasoning [taco..chicken and beef boullion.. a few others] expensive but I like the stuff

I LOVE Epicure! Actually, my consultant just dropped off the new 2010 catalogues for me! I had a huge party in November and got like $180 worth of freebies, and a $25 gift certificate to host a party in Jan, so I'm doing a book show (where I just collect orders)...thinking of being a rep too...
