hmmm went shopping at SDM and it was pretty crazy so I was pooped when I got home. Made pan fried eggs with tomatoes over white rice. Just sipping on my bailey's and hot cocoa and watching deal or no deal. Hehe.

Tonight we had a west coast staple, wild sockeye salmon. Also, coarse mashed yams with the skin. Mixed into the yams are a bit of S&P, butter, cream and a drizzle of maple syrup. And broccoli of course. It's good for you! I take the drippings from the salmon and make a quick (from scratch) hollandaise sauce. Add a glass of Chardonnay and that's it!
