Chicken pieces - fried to crust up, then baked with onion slices; smashed taters; fried mushrooms; broccoli and grape salad.

Uh, gee bub - I was thinking that yours sounds awesome!!!! Do you barbecue the skewers?
The way I'm making the chicken is SO calorific, I don't make it often, but it was the way my mom made her Special Sunday Chicken. It's awesome, but Oh So Butter-filled. Today I don't care!

Bub, of course, you are welcome to come. Let's see - it's just after 3 p.m. here - supper will be at 6 - can you catch a plane by then? Remember, time goes backwards getting to me!

Since I work nights this is what i will have when I get home this morning. 3-4 all white meat chicken nuggets, a couple breakfast sausage, and a sliced banana on top of a waffle. With a bolthouse strawberry banana smoothie.

It was far too hot to cook - so we had ham, swiss, iceberg lettuce and mustard on everything bagels, accompanied by sides of cottage cheese and carrot sticks (well, my son and I ate the cottage cheese, my husband hates it!)
