Last night, had M&M lasagne that was on sale last week. Made two, no leftovers! Had garlic toast with it.
Is it odd that it's not 5 a.m. yet and I'm cooking supper already? We're having breakfast for supper, so I just put the bacon and sausages in the oven to cook.
I'll make homemade hashbrowns - and decide what to do with eggs later - maybe a mushroom and cheese omelette.

I am going to be "cooking" all day by making soups and freezing them
I am making:
Zonny's Roasted Autumn Soup
Loaded Baked Tater Soup
Carrot Thyme Soup
and homemade tomatoe sauce with the case of tomatoes I just bought this morning.
I will omit all the cream/milk/cream cheese,etc... in all the soups and freeze them and add the dairy products when I re heat and serve
I'd better get my butt moving!
