I am planning on making lazy man cabbage rolls. I'll have to pull out the recipe, haven't made it in months. Might have smokies and perogies with it.

Thank you
(it's not until the 28th, but because we had plans this weekend coming I had to do my Birthday @ my Mom's a week early.)
I totally went to M&M's yesterday afternoon and they were OUT OF MEATBALLS! So I got a rain-check and had burgers & fries for dinner last night.
Tonight is chicken & cesar salad, maybe a baked potato because I feel like I need to eat one with loads of sour cream & cheese

Wow, all the above meals sound just great!
Sweet husband brought home KFC yesterday because of my hurt arm... aw!
Tonight I'll make pork kebabs, roasted potatoes, salad. Hopefully son will do chopping under my, uh, direction!

We had spaghetti for dinner but I made a nighttime (frugal) snack - 50% off cheese flatbread topped with ham, cheese and spread with 50% off roasted garlic hummus! Yummy.
