I made an middle eastern inspired goat stew and served it with seasoned rice, optional flat bread and garlic green beans. It was really good! I even added a handful of raisins into it..something I'd never do.. lol Just don't prefer my fruits cooked savory. But I ate it and yum!

Homemade kitchen sink soup (rib broth, onions, carrots, peas, corn, rice, green beans, potato, lots of dill - if there's room, I'll add some pasta), and egg salad sandwiches.
LOL, just checked it, no room for added pasta!Last edited by Natalka; Wed, Feb 29th, 2012 at 04:49 PM.

Wow, Janetta, you trust Tink a lot - if that were one of my cats, the chicken would have been snatched right away!
Unexpected wonderful supper yesterday. Had bought a fresh 1/2 pork loin, but I wasn't feeling well, so not really up to cutting it all up. Asked my husband to do it - and he asked if it were 'okay' if he made schnitzel...... well, of COURSE it was fine! Don't usually have him cook during the week, because he works at a very physical job... but he couldn't resist nice fresh meat!
So, wow, a huge treat for us - and it tasted amazing as usual!
I heart my husband!
