Tonight will be back ribs - definitely a treat! Co-op has Maple Leaf ones on sale, and for the two-slab pack it was just over $10. Will be getting a few more packs to freeze!
I'm boiling them now (will use broth for soup Tuesday), and will roast them later in a homemade bbq sauce; roasted potatoes; salad with any veggies I can find in the fridge.

Tonight is a easy Supper.
Homemade beef barley soup (Had some frozen), sliced ham and vegs. on a bun and Pumkin Pie with whipping cream for dessert. ( Picked up French Fries and Chix. Nuggets yesterday at M&Ms for the free pie. Added whipped cream they had on special for .99 and brought my total to 9.98. The nice young lady at the till said close enough and gave me the pie. Super nice there.

Well today i didn't know what to cook so I decided to try my skill at baking on the Big Green Egg BBQ. My wife wanted me to try apple pancake which I did! I top it with a sprinkle of icing sugar!
You can see the full recipe and direction on my blog: http://hrmcreativebbq.blogspot.com/2...le-on-bbq.html

Thanks!
I picked up two chicken nuggets, too - and the shepherd's pie, which we haven't tried.
Ended up not having the ribs last night, because I wasn't feeling well and by the time I got out of bed it was too late to finish them up for supper, so we had pork souvlaki burgers instead (from our local butcher, and I make them in the oven). They were awesome.
So I've already made the ribs this morning - and gosh, it's hard to not keep picking the edges off a few to taste, lol! I made a garlicky, peppery, sticky sauce for them and they are SO good!
Just waiting for them to cool, to put in the fridge, then will char a bit before serving for supper, with some sort of taters and a salad.
