did a lovely pan fried tilapia tonight. Coated it just a bit in flour with 6 or more spices added. That lemon pepper is always a nice taste.

I'm making homemade chicken breast fingerthingees, oven fried potato wedges, and coleslaw.
Y'know, it's nice to get cheap chicken breast on the bone, but GAH it takes a lot of work to strip the puppies down to useable meat. Bones will make soup tomorrow.

Haha, I love that two of you are having donairs after that whole conversation a few days ago.
As for dinner, nothing exciting, rice and veggies.

made a quickie version of chix soup mainly for poor DH who caught a nasty bug. It is one of those soups where whatever veggies are in the crisper go in it.

Made the chicken soup (and couldn't wait for supper, had some for lunch, lol!); husband always 'eats the bones' after with bread, so that's his meal done. Son usually only has a big bowl of soup (I put chicken pieces in it), and I'm good with just soup.
