Last night was lasagne and marinated onions and cucumber salad.
Tonight will be leftover Chinese food - we usually have it the day after, but my son was going to be away from home last night, so he requested we wait til his next supper here with us!

Pasta salad and hot spicy sausages slow roasted over a campfire in the backyard. Well...the kids had regular old hot dogs. The spicy sausages were for the grown ups. *licks fingers clean*. Yup. Definitely a good dinner!

BBQ baby back ribs tonight (big treat for us!), some sort of potato, some sort of veg...
Seven a.m. - ribs already boiled, so stock is made, and ready to make barley soup for tomorrow! Smells heavenly in here!Last edited by Natalka; Mon, May 21st, 2012 at 10:27 AM.

Last night I made Tikka Masala using the VH sauce in the jar. It was good, but I think I like the Patak's spice packet better and just adding in the tomatoes and cream (the VH sauce was a little pizza-saucy tasting).
Cabmonk - the last time Gardein was on sale I got a few different kinds and have not been disappointed yet - I agree the chicken wings are good, and so is the mandarin orange crispy chickn, and the turkey cutlets are delicious (though the gravy was gross). Hopefully they will start carrying more varieties in your area
