I just pulled out a container of frozen casserole I'd made a few weeks ago.
Heat & go.

On my own again so I am eyeing a tin of can red salmon and I just bought a loaf of fresh bread from RCSS. Still have a couple of corn on the cob so will probably boil them as well before they go bad

....the kale from my garden is mature enough to start using in dishes...
I've been adding it to scrambled eggs & pizza, pasta, sauteed by itself, with BACON...and lots of green onion...I use to make this dish from Kraft a lot , Grilled Bruschetta Chicken, I found it again today so I made that and it was so good..I didn't have basil but used parsley from the garden and marinaded the chicken with spices, balsamic vinegar and lots of green onion...

Last nights meal was pilau rice with chicken tikka masala that DW made. Absolutely delicious! Tonight, will head to some pub for dinner, before seeing the Jays play at RC!
Feeling unknown and you're all alone, flesh and bones by the telephone,
lift up the receiver, I'll make you a believer!
Take second best, put me to the test, things on your chest, you need to confess!
I will deliver, you know I'm a forgiver!

BBQ pork chops, baked potatoes and a garden salad. Cutting back on dessert, just love it too much.

I had to go out and was going to grab something on the way home because I thought it was another just me night but in the driveway was my wife's car. Her phone died today and rather then wait until Sunday when she was coming back from up north anyways, she drove the 160km each way to get a replacement one and then is going back up tomorrow morning (that is one phone possessed lady)
She said she would grab us either subs or a pizza on her way home. I actually hope she gets the pizza
