Every one is make shifting so I am just going to have tomato soup with crackers and for dessert my daughter made caramel apples that are dipped in chocolate and then rolled in skor pieces. They come out like the ones we used to buy at the malls at xmas

...had an early dinner bbq ribs and caesar salad, went to a painting class with friends , my first try, it was a lot of fun

I made Quesadillas with chicken and peppers, with a side of fries with queso ,sour cream and tomatoes, and margaritas. it was mexican night.

Happy Friday!!!..get together at Kel's this evening, everyone is bringing something munchie , I have a jumbo bag of hot wings, making teriyaki nachos and adult beverages

I have leftover boiled potatoes in the fridge, so I’m thinking about making cheesy potato and ham soup for supper. I pulled cooked roast ham meat from the freezer this morning. I’m not sure if my young kids will like it.

I picked up Montreal Smoked Meat at Shopsy's on my way home and my wife is picking up the bread and I'm sure some type of weird mustard so we can have sandwiches

Last night I made Mozzarella Chicken Over Pasta

I had been planning to make shrimp as a treat (I have a couple bags in the freezer I got for an amazing price) but now Mom isn`t sure she will be home on time and you can`t really reheat shrimp so might have to find a plan B.

..have b/s chicken breast thawing, want to pound them out and stuff (something that includes cream cheese) , sear then bake in a sauce, will either make oven crispy home fries or mashed potato to go with it (bought a 50lb sack of potatoes for $9.99, gave away a lot already but still have lots to use)

did up two large meals to hopefully last through till the weekend. A beef stew topped with a baked Bisquick top layer, came out just like stew and dumplings but this was a much easier method. Then I made up 3 pans of meat loaf ( have already wrapped and placed 2 in the freezer ), I still have some spuds to mash and carrots to steam for sides, but we are set!
