Had a late dinner as we weren't hungry at Dinner so decided to keep it simple with Breakfast for Dinner and made Waffles

This is a habit I can get used to. Three Sundays in a row DH cooked up a fab meal. Not healthy...but yummy!
Tonight it was plump honey garlic hoagie sized sausages, instant mashed, boxed turkey Stuffing, steamed carrots, celery, green beans, snow peas and he steamed up 6 giant shrimp as an appetizer. Leftover apple pie filling chunks was a garnish for the sausage.....ha ha
All delicious! So nice to be spoiled.

Didn't get to have chinese takeout yesterday
lol as its an hour return trip...and...oh well, very soon!!!! So instead raided the freezer and made honey garlic wings (box) spring rolls, and I made rice in pineapple juice and added green onion, etc and steamed broccoli...leaning towards making a Shepherd's Pie this evening as there's some potatoes that need to be used up. Have a great Monday all!

Leftovers for me, DD made up all her healthy meals so she is set for a couple of days.
The guys will probably go the sandwich route unless I make a new dish.

Homemade pizzas on large tortillas we had left over. Red onion, salami, green pepper and mushroom. Price matched the green pepper and mushroom last week so feels extra special. Shredded cheese used with coupons a couple of weeks ago
.
Even DH is feeling good too when we use up items in our fridge.
Have a nice evening!30

@crafter My wife has only tried bread and dinner style rolls in the HB machine. At first none of recipes she tried from the book that came with the machine seem to work very well so she started using the recipes from our old machine and they work really well. She says the main difference between the recipes is the old book uses water and powered milk while the new book uses water and milk. Seems to make a huge difference for her. She is going to try crusty buns tomorrow
