What's For Dinner?

Turkey dinner as DD arrived home last night for a few days.

Hot Dogs! As a topping for hot dogs, hubby is using leftover stir fry from yesterday! Me, i just want mustard, relish and cole slaw!

I have a small beef roast in the oven for Hot Roast Beef/ fries & green peas

we were supposed to have chili but I left it out overnight when it was cooling down.
We're trying St Hubert tortiere that I bot on sale at Giant Tiger and we'll have a tossed salad

Backed mac and cheese with a side salad

rib eye steak with sauteed onions and mushrooms, mashed potatoes and sliced cucumbers and tomatoes.

It’s a stormy day here on the rock!! No power! Luckily I have a wood stove so keeping it simple and making hot dogs, fries (cooking in a tinfoil pan) and heating some of the gravy leftover from yesterday

@crafter , yes I cook the shells and stuff them, then flash freeze them and for us I package in a meal size bags and sucker seal. Then when we want them I take them directly from the freezer, put then in a pan with a little tomato sauce in the bottom and a spoonful of tomato sauce on top and cook from from frozen at 325 for 35 minutes with foil covering the pan. I then remove the foil top with cheese increase the over 350 an cook for another 15 minutes.

Wow! I bow to you, that's a genius idea. So you cook the shells add a mix of Ricotta and spinach and then fast freeze on a baking tray then in a freezer bag?(guessing) How do you cook them when you take them out of the freezer? Thanks for your cooking guidance

Mom is having wings so I will have BBQ Chicken Cesar Wraps (I am not sure what it is but wow does BBQ Sauce and Cesar Dressing mix nicely), we will both have over fries on the side

Stir Fry is fantastic! You can use up all your leftovers! Thats what we do. Anyway, tonight it will be spaghetti. Got the sauce simmering on the stove.
