We had lunch late so it will be a late dinner of tacos tonight. I bought a value pack yesterday and we're going to make it all into taco meat and freeze it.

DH also BQ'd some chicken and it's no ready to be put into the freezer for future Aflredo pasta night or stir frys.

Shake & Bake chicken drumsticks, with mashed potatoes, some sort of vegies and salad. I like to have some sort of salad with every meal.

Day 2....leftovers from the Take out dinner. Man did we ever order a lot!
Still very delicious, one of my fav's was this chicken/pork/beef mixture that had crunchy water chestnuts and other veg in it and came with a bag of whole toasted or roasted almonds....Pretty sure I'm the only one who ate most of this!

Wow! I bow to you, that's a genius idea. So you cook the shells add a mix of Ricotta and spinach and then fast freeze on a baking tray then in a freezer bag?(guessing) How do you cook them when you take them out of the freezer? Thanks for your cooking guidance
