We're just microwaving up our individual servings from a Shepherd's Pie I had made in the wee hours before 7 a.m. the other day.
( Made it while sticking it to the Hydro increases ) Oven on in off peak hours makes the Pie taste better......lol.

Dinner was a team effort. DH placed the ball of his flat bread dough in a bowl to double around 8 p..m. I defrosted the marinated /uncooked pork skewers I had made a couple of weeks back, then started on the tzatziki sauce. We ate sometime before 11:30 p.m. But it was so worth the wait.

It is quite warm here today (tomorrow is supposed to be even hotter
)
Mom grabbed a roasted chicken from Costco yesterday so we will be having that as our main and on the side I am making my Instant Pot Warm Baked Potato Salad and a Cucumber, Tomato & Bocconcini Balsamic Salad.
For dessert I have an apple crisp in the slow cooker.2022 is going to be my year, the year I find organization in my life and the year I focus on myself,

OY!! Is it ever hot out. I have been sheltered inside enjoying the Blue Jays win vs the Astros while simultaneously watching a very exciting high scoring game with Hurricanes and Lightning! ( TB, defending champs are up 3 games to 1 in the series now )
Stamkos and Kucherov both delivered 2 goals apiece in the 6-4 final.
oh yeah....dinner!
Very firm extra large cold shrimp with cocktail sauce, onion rings done in the Air Fryer, a leafy green salad using up the veg in the crisper and Portabello mushrooms caps filled with a cream cheese/crabmeat/spices filling and broiled in the Toaster oven.
No full sized oven will be turned on today thank goodness.

Love hearing about the warm temps, its only +6 here today and we have a frost advisory tonight! Its still early but might take it easy today and get takeout of some kind. Limited to chicken, burgers, pizza (which I had yesterday) or chinese . Have a great Sunday! (the Juno awards are on tonight!)

Last night I really wanted to pick up a burger on my way home since I was on my own for dinner......instead I drove home and dug into the fridge.
Cut up some onions and fresh mushrooms and sauteed in pan. Added cooked pasta and chicken and a bit of olive oil and spices and voila dinner.
