Has anyone tried the Gnocchi from the FPC from Sample Source. Well i did a big of those last night. Not bad. Good as a side dish to something else. Thats what hubby had and i had a Coquille St Jacques.

Tonight im making a mini pork roast with roast potatoes, vegies and salad.

@SnowFlakey did you get the cheese filled Gnocchi ? Imo, those are much tastier than just the plain version.

Tonight was Mushroom Pork Chops over Mashed Potatoes with Air Fryer Green Beans

Homemade pizza with ham, mushrooms, red onion and green peppers-my fav combo. I use Costco naan as the base so you can throw it together quickly.

I got the original Gnocchi. Hubby said they were good. So next time i will buy a bag of cheese filled ones.

Tonight for dinner, im making BBQ chicken wings, sour cream dipping, green beans, carrots and potatoes boiled with a small bunch of dill. Gives it a different taste.

Sunday and I am already going off my Meal Plan, I had been planning for either Steak or Pasta tonight but now that today is upon we have decided on:

Homemade Pizza with Pepperoni, Bacon, Onions, Mushrooms, Cheddar and some Parm

Getting ready to go to the cabin this afternoon for a couple of days, super excited, the weather is supposed to be beautiful and hopefully its too early for mosquitos, lots of great bbqs planned and a fish fry, my unofficial start to summer!

Cleaning up some odds and ends in the Fridge so I am making Meatloaf (pulled from the freezer), Mashed Potato Bake (using Leftover Mashed Potatoes, Extra Grated Cheddar, Green Onions that I chopped for a Salad I did not make, I will also add some bacon bits because Mashed Potato Bake needs Bacon) and finally a side of Roasted Broccoli since everything else is cooking in the oven.

a big platter of nachos to share; we used cooked ground beef from the freezer, chorizos, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, salsa, tex mex shredded cheese, and extra tabasco sauce for me.

Tonight we will have taco salad for dinner. Cooking up the lean beef now (MY GT deal, 3LBS for under $2)

Will chop up the lettuce/peppers/cucumbers etc so it is all ready in the fridge and we can just pull everything out and whip it up quickly.
