We had such a huge meal last night, so I'm going simple tonight.
Weiners cooked in oven so they char a bit, along with onions - eaten with fresh bakery bread.
Husband will finish off the leftover chicken soup, and I'll have the leftover Greek salad.

I need help with an easy but impressive potluck salad. It can be pasta or lettuce or whatever. I just don't want to lame out and pick up a pre-made one. Anyone have suggestions?

I am loving it already just from the name! haha. Thank you for the suggestion.

And I have the tortellini, shrimp, olives and parm already. This could be a winner!
