for those confused about rep jail, rep jail means you have given 50 reps in a 24hours timeslot. sometimes you seem to get a few reps back early, but this is because when you repped, like say you repped 14 People @ 11 am, 5 people @3pm, 6 people @ 8pm, 12 people @ 9am then 13 @ 10am bam repped out. but it won't be for long, because @ 11oclock you get the 14reps back because it has been 24hours and etc hope that explains it.
also to end confusion, this message is rep jail

The Spread around rep before giving to X but you can still give to others, is not rep jail, just called rep fairness. so you share the wealth. haha need to have 20 reps in between same people.
