Apparently I had a really good night's sleep last night because in front of my house my neighbours car went up in flames. LOL There were firetrucks and firemen(damn missed them) and flames and thick black smoke!!!
Seriously on my side of the street in front of my house. LOL O.k. my property is curved and 90 feet across but still how could I sleep though that? I asked one of the neighbors and she said the sirens were going and everything, hoses, firemen(damn still upset about missing them)

LOL!! That is too funny Patty. You must of been in a coma!! Funny how one can sleep through all that but if one of the kids made a peep you would be out of bed in a flash. You must of been dreaming about the firemen and all the noise just tied into your dreams??!!

Well since fireman became first responders here you kind of hear sirens in the middle of the night quite often and since my room is in the back of the house and I have a 35 foot blue spruce between me and the road I guess it got muffled or I just woke up briefly and went back to sleep. LOL

Cat decided to chase the dog, missed his footing & jumped into the water dish. So now the cat is mad, the dog is in hiding, & I'm exhausted from cleaning up the mess.

CARRY-ON = 3day travel overseas
lol On a flightpass you fly standby so you learn to pack light because if you check in your luggage and you don't get to board.. buh bye luggage! Then you're really screwed. I went to Zurich for a weekend and my luggage arrived to meet me back at the airport the day I was leaving. That's when you realize you need your basics and the rest is SO unimportant LOL

aren't they required to offload your bag if you don't get on?
anyways in my experience, there are really only two kinds of luggage..... carry on and lost
I went through enough delayed/lost bags that I'd rather deal with the hassle of having to do laundry while on vacation.Last edited by travelgeek; Thu, Oct 7th, 2010 at 07:33 PM.
