Shaun of the Dead - the step father cracks me up because he played the king of the Vampires in Underworld and he's so dry in Shaun of the dead.
Bill Murray in Zombieland was classic.

My apt smells like liver & I set off my smoke alarm.
Guess I should have thought about making snacks earlier.

Hi, everyone!
I'm SO glad I had the recommendation before Hallowe'en to see Shaun of the Dead; we all really liked it. My son thought it would be lame, but watched the whole thing! I've never seen any other zombie movie.
I can see why someone would think War of the Worlds would be scary, though...
Our 'nice' weather is over, methinks. Rain today, snow tomorrow...

Happy rainy afternoon, all! It's a whole four degrees!
Fortuitously, one of the packages I got today are my new winter boots - and kinda free I guess - I had won a contest this summer, and that money went into paypal. Then when I ordered from AE, found out they take paypal, plus I had a code which covered duty, and shipping was free.
Maybe not the best to look at, but they'll be warm for the -40 temps. I had a pair of EMUs two years ago but they are too expensive to get now, and these are kinda similar (the button thingee is just a decoration, they don't open on the side). Big and wide, just what I needed!

Sweet!! Thanks so much!! Mine came today as well except for some personalized pencils I ordered for DN. I wish I could of gotten some of there labels but all 3 I tried to order were no in stock I guess I will just have to look elsewhere. I was surprised as it just took a week.
