I have a choice english or french because I was educated in the english (at the time protestant) system. French people have no choice it has to be french and immigrants have no choice it has to be french.
If I chose to send her to french school her children would no longer be eligible to be in english school later on if she chose that route. Nice system eh?
I can send her to public or private but there are no english private schools within 45 minutes of here.
The school I choose is outside the schoolboard boudaries for my area so I will have to take her there and pick her up, it's a 10 minute drive. I was actually pretty impressed with how clean it was but that's because the former caretaker from my son's old school is there. He is an exceptional caretaker.
The school has 275 students and will more than likely be up for closer in a few years due to lack of enrollment but I don't care.

No winner up yet, but 595 responses. I wonder if that's the highest? I sure didn't recognize a lot of the names (not that I read all of them, though).

Is really really angry. I spent almost three days at my parent's place (2 nights), and I come home to have to do two loads of laundry, a sink full of dishes and nothing had been done around here. I'm at my wit's end right now and don't know what to do. He had today off because of the weather, so I asked him what he did this morning, and he took a nap. I don't care that he took a nap, I care that he didn't even think of doing anything nice for me. ARGH MEN!! (no offence guys)

What do you do when the dog chews the eyes off your childs favourite stuffed toy? Can't find the eyes anywhere, and Curious George is going to be needed at bedtime and has a date for a Teddy Bear's picnic at school tomorrow. HELP!!!!

Craft stores have animal eyes... Curious George has just plain black ones, right? That might be harder to fine. You might have to look for oval buttons, the kind with the shank at the back.

It's true, most just don't think of cleaning up themselves. It's not that they don't care, they honestly don't think of it because there is always 'later'. They also don't put the same emotional value on it that lots of women do. Leaving a list is a great idea. Now if you left a list and he knew you were coming home at a particular time and he still didn't do things - well, that's another story.

Baby, I went away for 5 day two August ago, for my best friend 30 birthday and I ran around and clean and bought food ( all his fav. BBQ thing), premade lunches and even bought him a costco load of paper plates. My life was going to be good when I got home ( wonder what the hell I was smoking). I get home at 6:30 in the morning to really dishes evderywhere since the sink was full and landry everywhere and take out boxes everywhere. All the lunches I made was still in the fridge. good thing he didn't come right away, because he would have died. I was like H*ll!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Next time I do nothing before I leave.

They were plain black, smooth, oval shaped...and no craft stores around here either, nearest fabric store is 40 minutes away. I thought about embroidering them, but I don't even have any black floss...might have to cannibalise a stuffie that doesn't get played with.
The worst part are the gaping holes where his eyes used to be...creepy. And this is the second George doll we've gone through. The first was lost outside around this time last year and I found him in the ditch near our house this past spring...chewed apart by coyotes...very traumatizing.
The dog actually climbed on Gabe's bed and took George, while I was in the kitchen...needless to say, he's locked in his crate right now...I am SO mad.http://superpoints.com/refer/hockeymomma
