Well, it looks like I may be partying with you guys until I figure out what is going on with my father. This is the text that my brother just forwarded me:

My brother said that he got this message at 5:30pm or something like that. Can anyone please tell me what you think this means?

He is going in for surgery tomorrow morning to fix 5 aneurysms in his stomach and was in pre-op all day today. My brother or I cannot get in contact with him, my mom, or his parents. Should I be worried, or should I just relax?

Debbie is his sister.

I managed to find him - he was fine, he was just being a . Him and his sister haven't talked in over 10 years, and he just wants to make sure that she has nothing to do with his life either now or after he passes. He sounded in high spirits, so I feel better.

Turns out I won't be partying with you guys tonight . Good thing because I need to recuperate from the crap my kids put me through today. DS would not listen if my life depended on it (he spent a lot of time in time out and said I'm sorry countless times), and DD had her first set of shots today, so she was cranky too.

Hopefully tomorrow is a better day.
