Oprah has frugal people on today. Lots of interesting things bit I think I will pass on shopping for my groceries in the dumpsters.

Because I saw the posts, I tuned into Oprah.

While I can`t see myself ever eating that stuff, I would be tempted to use it to make up huge batches of critter food for strays.

I do not normally watch Oprah either as it is very difficult to watch tv during the day uless it is Handy Manny or the like. I have no idea where the assumption that all SAHM watch talk shows all day come from.....

Although I would never actually dumptser dive it was interesting to see that people actually do live like this and how much waste there actually is. I have always had a hard time understanding why we have so many people starving when you waste like this. Companies are to afraid to be sued, would rather watch an innocent child starve? Yeesh!

^^^ I would not dumpster dive, but if I had to I would. Actually I am not opposed to picking up something someone has left on the curb, a toy, mirror etc. Around here people put their unwantd treasures apart from the regular garbage so that collectors can pick up stuff.
