it is just as well you don't know how to post a pic. The amount of stupid viruses that try to infect my computer from Google Images is awful!

The crown prosecutor told the court that it will proceed through a lesser charge of summary conviction, rather than by indictment. If convicted by indictment, the accused would have faced up to 10 years of imprisonment for the weapon charge.
Under the summary conviction proceeding, the accused risks 2 years in custody.


I really felt for the guy though, he was just a man with no record of any wrong doing ever! Could have been any one of us just snapping.

I was very concerned when I read and saw the pic of that huge " butt ugly " raccoon in your recycle box. They are sooo intimidating and they damage everything. Remember the poor guy here in Ont. that they arrested cuz he attacked one with a shovel? You are not allowed to hurt them, but they can invade your home, garden etc, and give you rabies too! My dogs are probably the only reason we do not have a problem, they must not like my dogs.
