Big day of doing a 2nd coat of paint around one of my 2 garage doors before the rain arrives. It dries in 4 hours , and it was don before noon. Then the search for a new gazebo cover. They are not easy to come by, then a new cover for one of my BBQ's. After that new light for my deck and dimmer switches for my kitchen and family room, with motion sensors... How is that for excitement!!!I am such a good sales person, the man who helped explained the varieties of dimmer switches, offered me $20 if I get their credit card. I told him already do, ad I proceeded to get him to give me $20.00 off my purchase anyways. Better in my wallet. It looks like this evening after my fajitas are ready, the dimmers will be installed! I am happy, though no new cover for my gazebo. Have a great night and an even better Sunday!!

Really? I thought for sure you had been to at least one. I never have either, although I did know Benny Parsons and his cousin Tom. Funny thing, we didn't discuss Nascar. We did just about everything else.
I have found the same with professional athletes. After an initial meeting, they are just like you and me, only slightly more $$$$$ in the bank!

I used to work for a company in Ottawa, and my boss the owner owned a few race cars... (yes a few) and was taking lessons to become a race car driver. After we drove to Montreal in under 30 min, I promised myself when I got back to Ottawa safely, I would only drive with him in his Beamer, and not his Porsche. White knuckles do not become me...lol
