Hi, Vee...glad I could help you re the Drury! Yes the rooms are very clean; we used them all the way to Florida and back wherever they were and were never disappointed. Remember those free cocktails (wine!)...3 each between (I think) 5-7pm..plus snacks. Some hotels had hotdogs, some make your own nachos, some simple others had more..just depends on management, I guess. I hope you enjoy your stays there!
Hello Lynn and Jenny Thanks for suggesting Drury Inn...BF sometimes has to go to Michigan for work on weekends and now Sacha and I will be able to go along bc there is one close by in Troy! I looked it up, and its sounds great..reasonable prices as well. How are the rooms? Clean? Thanks Lynn!
No problem Vee! We had a real example of that at our DD's wedding...a couple brought her 2 teenage kids with them..no RSVP, not invited...so the 4 of them had a dinner that sent us back around $60 a plate, and gave $100 in the card! LOLOL!! I can't begin to think what their bar tab was! But it's water over the bridge.... I hope you and your fur-kidlings have a wonderful weekend together!!!
Ha Lynn yes I did see the chewed bed...my lil guy loves to lick the floor and when were on walks he will pick anything up haha lil bugger but yes I do love him...just need some training haha Hope all is well!

Aw, VeeVee...thank you. Yes, we are fortunate. Travelling to cities such as Cairo really makes us appreciate our city and country even more...so many security/police with machine guns walking around...it felt so unsafe...We have so much to be thankful for, living in Canada.

Lynn, I had no clue you were gluten intolerant? I was recently diagnosed (less then 2 months) but I feel 100% better then I did before no more aches and pains or tummy problems and Im actually losing some weight! YAY haha When I was in Sudbury I heard there is a GF resturant downtown called The Hour Glass, have you been?? Hope all is well with you.
