This was taken about a month ago, the great hunter`s greatest challenge...a ladybug dared enter his domain. It`s in 3 parts, because I was laughing so hard, I kept hitting the wrong button on the camera. Oh & ignore the news channel commentary in the background, didn`t have time to turn off the tv. In the end, he did try to eat the bug, but then spit it out. I had to dispose of the intruder myself.

Well, some sad kitten news to report here.... (Skip if this is TMI for you!!)

My husband found a dead kitten this morning - so sad. It was about the regular size of a newborn kitten, and maybe (?) from at least two days ago - the stuff left on the towel under was dried already. But the kitten was cleaned, so Taffy would have done that, then maybe realized it wasn't living. It's hard when we don't know what happened....
It's rare for a queen to have only one - we had it happen once before, but when that kitten was born, he was really quite large.
Anyway, my husband didn't know whether I wanted to see it or not, but I did - it was a little Bobby, by the colouring.
So I'm sad. I was so looking forward to a litter of mewling little ones...
Oh, well - that's nature for you, I suppose. Taffy and Bobby have been playing, fighting, snuggling today - at least they have been brought closer together.

The ladybug vs cat was cute, my cats do that too, they will stare at something for so long until they go after it.

Cat and laser - cute how it was running around all over for it, my cats would do that too, so cute.

Awe! I love my cat

Hercules is 9 almost 10. He was born on our living room floor, and I woke Jordan up so he could see where babies come from.....LOL he was 4 at the time.
He's an alley cat, would rather be outside than inside ( except in the winter...and thats when the fun begins )
He hates the dogs......
He will eat anything, but loveeeesss tuna!
He's a mouser, will kill anything....birds, mice, bugs, squirrells, yeah he even tried to take down a goose years ago.
He does NOT like to be pet when outside
He has a very loud meow, which he will walk up and down the hallway at 3 am, howling for no reason.

LOL hes a sweetie and I love him..... its cute, he sleeps with my son

my one cat used to bring me mice when she used to go outside... it was creepy. They were still alive too and trying to get away.

In the olden days (!) when we actually used to let a cat outside, Pouf would bring me robins - sheesh, the nicest birds! Wish it would have been a crow or magpie!

Well Buttons has decided to become an alarm clock, I set my alarm to go off at 7am every weekday well Buttons is obviously sick of listening to the beeping so now he screams his lungs out up and down the stairs and exactly 7am its really weird but hilarious!!

I didn't even have to set the alarm last night.
