What are you thankful for today?

Thankful that although it's 26 today it's breezy and not humid because I am waiting here all day for Sears to come and fix a problem they caused on my new furnace/heat pump and my 84 year old parents can't stay in the heat for too long.

Although I will give a thumbs down to Sears because they said they would be here by 4.

Other than that it's a beautiful day.

I am thankful that after almost 8 months of winter (I am serious, last snowfall was May 31!) that we have had two days in a row at 27 degrees and tomorrow it is going to be 30ish... I guess we go from one extreme to another

I'm thankful that the weather is so nice that we can open doors and windows to cool off in the evening. I get to hear a crow and a magpie argue over who gets a particular tree across the street from me. They've been cawing and clacking for over an hour.

Can birds go hoarse? Is that who will win?

I'm thankful that I am registering for my final year of study at the University of Saskatchewan. Registration is supposed to start at 6:30am (SK), and that is when their webpage starts having problems AGAIN. University is not open until 8:30am to help...after waiting long distance on hold.

PAWS at the U of S crashed...without fail. It took my 1hr to register classes that could have only taken 10min if the website would function normally. *sigh* I am done registration for another year.

I am thankful that I can stomach food again after 6 days of the flu
