Yes, I followed all the rules of the tread. Post ins/outs, received, sent, left Feedback for the Conductor...

I have forwarded all the info to Sally as this really doesn't seem right.....gee I would be afraid to ride other ppls trains if I may get a neutral cause the train got lost /or the person ahead of me doesn't say they recieved it !

I do think there should be an ongoing thread/list that when a train gets "de-railed" both riders names are added to a list like
*aaa....bbb...train lost between these 2 riders*

...it would become very apparent there is a problem if many trains gone missing keep involving the same riders...whether they are the sender or reciever...

I agree that the conductor shouldn't have left a neutral but I think mabye the conductor read the following topic so thought she should leave a neutral:

I understand why it was left for me, though I followed the rules of the train. It was lost between me and another rider.

please do not trade with etherealone, she scammed me I haven't received a $30 gift card from her and she is not online since June25. you know what hurts me, she is a user since Tue, Oct 27th, 2009. and because she didn't send me anything she is not logging on anymore... I will forward her mailing address to Sally..

Well, I still haven't received a response to my PM that I sent 29/06 from catz4ever45 yet she's logging in everyday. Frankly, I'm just really disgusted at this point. I'm now out my 20 Resolve coupons and she clearly doesn't give a wazoo. What would be the next course of action?

When I message a new trader and discuss the possibility of a trade, I am straight forward and let them know that if we do work out a trade I would want them to send their side first because they have a low trade rating. Some members are reacting quite negatively to this. I think it is better to tell them right away then it would be to all of a sudden tell them that I want them to mail first...when we have worked out all of the other details of the trade. I was a new member once and remember mailing a $5gc first in order to receive a random pack of coupons and my first trade rating. Have things really changed that much that some members are offended by the prospect of mailing their side of the trade first?

I have been burnt quite badly 4 times on SC. One of these trades I am still waiting to get sorted out and it has been a month at this point.

I have a question , I was wondering about a trade , its not super late just a couple weeks and had sent a message on here to ask if they had received mine , the person wrote back saying yes they received mine a couple days ago and theirs might be late ( no big deal ) but that they would rate me once I received their envie , isnt the point of them rating me based on if they received my envie ? (which she did )
Its the first Ive ever heard of that but is this common practise on here ?

I understand we add a trade rating when we receive a trade. To avoid any confusion I always add FB as I open the envelope. That works for me then I can't forget. I just hope people would let me know if they didn't get there end of a trade so I could fix the situation.

I understand your concern... Because you and i were just recently burned by the same person, i had a newbie with a 0 rating but has been a sc member sine 2011 want $50 in coupons... I told her politely about what recently happened and she had to send my gift card first... She understood and is sending it tomorrow.... ?? I dont think someone who plans on being honnest would get upset... They should understand.... Side note, sally has not yet heard from that bad trader and plans on adding them to the blacklist shortly....

I never heard of that either, in fact SALLY knows i have not received anything from the trader and told me UNLESS my trade was honored by the scer that she would be blocked from trading? And blacklisted.. I dnt think that if you give a bad rating you cant get your envie... THAT goes against why you do it TO PROTECT OTHER MEMBERS FROM THE SAME

I had not heard this before. I am currently waiting on a trade that is supposed to be sorted out. I always look at people's trade ratings and take negatives and neutrals as something to consider when deciding whether or not to trade with an individual. I don't like leaving bad ratings, but if it might keep someone else from getting messed around on a trade, I think it is good practice to leave that information for others to consider.

I noticed that Vexy has been the topic of discussion here.....and thought to mention that I have had nothing but good experiences with this trader. The trades take a bit longer to arrive but that could be a problem at the post office at her end because she also is having delays in receiving her mail.

I am happy you had a good experience, Allthough none of my business did you trade coupns or amazon codes..... I traded $25 of amazon.ca codes and did 2 trades for the total.... All i asked for was about $12 in fpc and about $10 in coupons..... That is a really low trade.. I was trying to do her a favor, to purchase an item she was rrrrrlf. I have yet to receive 1 coupon?? Its going on 2 months.... Was told 3 x she sent and resent and resent, yet never arrived and she lives in my backyard (same city) i get envies sometimes same day?????

This is my first bad experience ... And because i took my time and followed up with her and was very polite about it all, another sc'er was scammed.... I feel god awful... I could have prevented it but had NEVER given a negative rating so waited WAY too long......

I still feel guilty for rating her negatively, but ????? I worked hard to get the gift cards and need to feed 5kids (triplets and 2 older boys) ... Hope it clears things up a little...

Honestly, if I had a trade that I sent and it didn't arrive...in the same city...I think I would personally (and very discreetly) drop the replacement in the other person's mailbox. Re-sent three times and it hasn't arrived ?????
