Minus mid teens until it warms up to -6 onTuesday. I'm SO happy "the kids" decided not to drive to Toronto after their flight was cancelled today. It looked miserable and dangerous down there. We may get 1cm of snow overnight.

We have a BIG storm coming today, 30cm of snow expected. Someone forgot to turn off the wind, it has been blowing hard for days (since Wednesday) sustained at 65km+ with 80-100km gust..the temp is -9 feels like -21, with the wind makes it bitterly cold ..Attachment 206824

My gosh, we got up to PLUS two degrees around suppertime yesterday!

Now, it's -9, -16 windchill, should go up a few degrees today.

We got about 10 cm of the white fluffy stuff overnight, right now blowing snow and its suppose to continue snowing throughout the day..the winds are high 80+km, so its whipping the snow around good--miserable day for sure! it did warm up a little -3 feels like -13

Cold, crisp, beautiful sunny day!! -7 feels like -13..we have another storm brewing and under a Winter Storm Warning, calling for 15-40cm so not sure how much we will get..and another storm for the weekend!!

Snow is softening and getting wetter-would advise all to scrape walkways before the overnight melt begins. It'll be Puddle City in the morning tomorrow.
There's enough chill in the air today that packed snow can freeze on walkways. Make sure your downspouts are not blocked and the splashblocks are cleared and ready for the water runoff!
