September 20 - 26
In the following first number is sale price. Second number is effective value based on $0.14/AM). If there is a multiple offer, ie, B3G15 & B6G45 a third number corresponds to the value of the extra offer.
With effective valuing you can compare the relative prices of a product after accounting for the AirMiles against the same product in another store. For example,
If Coca-Cola is $2.00 with 10 Airmiles it has an effective value of $0.60 [$2 - (10 x $0.14)]. If another store is selling the same product for $1 you know the effect of the AirMiles beats that price.
Print off a copy of the following to take comparison shopping.

GMS = Gourmet Meat Shop
OO = O Organics
ER = Eating Right

Looking at what I can do this week having two B2G1 Fibre Bar coupons and some cereal coupons.
I like the Oatmeal Crisp with Raisins as I have marginal high blood pressure. The OC is very low sodium so it's a good offer for me.
4 OC = $14
2 NV bars = $5
Total = $19
Less $3.50 coupons
Total: $15.50
75 AMs = $10.50 approx.
Total Cost = $5.00 effectively
But also pick up two Fibre 1 bars = $7 approx.
Total Cost = -$2.00
Effectively buying 8 items and making $2.
I'm being paid to shop!
Gotta Luv it!
Now lets just look at the NV bars only if you have the B2G$1 coupons:
6 = $15
Less coupons = -$3
Total = $12
AMs = $10.50
Total = $1.50 or $0.25/item effectively
Candidate for the food bank if you have lots of coupons.

You missed 2 Bob......... Kelloggs Cereal Buy 6 get 100 Airmiles (They are on for $3.50 each) This is a fab deal if you have coupons! 6 Kelloggs=$21.00-$14 in A.M. = $7.00-$6 of coupons (6 x $1.00 off Kelloggs cereal). So they are effectively 17 cents each
Also the Stayfree are on for 3.33 each and you get 20 A.M. when you buy 3 (This is a great deal if you have the printable $2.00 off coupon which makes them 39 cents each)Link to my Tradelist:

Hurrah - I've been waiting for Kelloggs. Those coupons are easier to come by.
Looks like time to stock up on Nature Valley for the family.

Doesn't say.
Just:
350g to 750g, Or Vector Bars 4 x 55g. Select varieties.
It'd be too good to be true but I have $1.50 coupons on Special K. If it's eligible then:
6 = $21 - $9 coupons = $12 and pick up $14 in AMs.
As a food banker each multiple of 6 returns:
$3.48 @ 29% or every $12 spent creates $17.48 elsewhere (a 46% profit)
or
$5.28 @ 44% or every $12 spent creates $19.28 elsewhere (a 61% profit)
NOTE: You get a 29% tax credit on the first $200 you donate and 44% on everything above $200.
