Basically you collect points found on sheknows sites and partner sites and redeem the points for prizes. It takes several months before one has enough points to redeem for a prize, but when you get enough points you can redeem at:

If anyone has prayers to spare, my friend goes in for surgery tomorrow morning to have her bladder removed. Crossing my fingers that by the afternoon she'll be cancer-free. The silly gal was washing her kitchen floor today, cause she doesn't want to leave her place a mess! And I thought I was stubborn.
