Last night we had sushi with roasted asparagus and veggie mock shrimps. I was really craving avocado but could not find any that were soft enough.

Marinating some pork chops in a home-made teriyaki sauce.....thinking rice with a veggie to go with it...

ohhh that looks super good, I would eat sushi if I could have it like that! I refuse to eat the raw fish stuff lol or steamed fish whatever lol

I made bratwurst sausages,scalloped potatoes and mixed vegetables tonight yum but really I am craving stuffed peppers so that is on tomorrows menu.

Hubby made roasted garlic and butternut squash soup. Yum!!

Tonight was greek orzo pasta(with artichokes,cucumbers,red oinion and cherry tomatoes) with grilled chicken breasts. For dessert it was the homeade banana/chocoloate chip and banana/pecan muffins I made yesterday Yum!

Tomorrow? I don't know. I don't even know where I will be
