good morning everyone. try not to buy lexmark the ink isn't available in generic and can be expensive. they also don't always make updates for new software.(xp-vista) this happened to me and now i have no printer. when i complained they offered me a one time discount on any of their products with free shipping and handling. the shipping was only good in the us and i refuse to get stuck with another printer that i will have to give away in a couple of years. the good news is there are places that refill for about 10.
