I have been MIA since Friday I think as my machine just died and now having to work with sharing a desktop with my 4 yr old son, yes he has his own computer and doesnt like to share.

LOLCAT what the f is going on? The provincial gov't has no right as Andit said to deport you for unpaid bills. Given the fact that no one has been in touch with you for 2 yrs and throw this on you right now is pure and utter crap. The federal gov't are the only ones who can threaten this and if you have this in writing in any way hold onto it cuz I can see your own lawsuit coming out of this. I would be getting in touch with your local MP asap Jason Kenney in Calgary although Immigration guy is a complete a$$, if you research him he has done some horrible things to people and not allow them into the country to visit simply because of their names. He didn't allow a UK MP into Canada because he was going to speak in a conference on the rights of Palestine so Kenney referred to him as Anti-Semitic and didn't let him into the country. The man is a friggin UK MP who do you think you are? Anyways I am not a fan of him whatsoever.
So how much of this debt do they expect you to pay? You mean to tell me if you go into labour right now they will not help you in that hospital? Again do you have this in writing cuz I do not think anyone can be denied help.
Argh I am sooo angry and frustrated for you right now I cannot even explain it. I am so sorry you are going through, not the crap you need to be dealing with right now

lolcat - I hope you can hold on to that little girl for as long as you can. I wish I would go early. I bet if I had this baby today, she would be a "normal" size baby ... I still have 10 weeks (well, 12 if you account for me going overdue ), and she's gonna be a monster Oh, well ... a healthy start is always a good thing .................... right?!?

Oh, & I agree that Kenney is a twit. Even my diehard Conservative friend thinks he should be whipped. I only mentioned him since technically it's his "employees" causing the problem & if he says jump they'll fall all over themselves to do it.

I have pink eye but it is healing ok I guess. My older son woke up with it yesterday so it has definitely gone full circle in this house. Just hope hubby doesn't get it cuz people at work will not be happy with him either but if he doesnt show he doesnt get paid so he is going regardless

Morning,

Well for the past 3 nights been trying to get someone to cover my shift well noone would. Just found one guy to do it wohoo no work tonight. Since I have to work with CP tomorrow then drive 4 hours up camping. I get the whole week off I called the manager told her there was an emergency and that this guy was takinng my shift (what else could they say). I deserve a week off since back in April / May I worked straight thru and got a total of 2 days off in the month and a half. Finally got paid what they owed me again on this pay and thinking of getting my vacation pay for September 1 extra 800$

Anyways off to eat supper then bed for me.
