ok, nobody's bad day will beat this one.
Yesterday DH (dick head) just totally pissed me off when I told him he'd have to take money out of his RRSP's to pay his portion of the bills. I'm not making enough money now to cover all the expenses which I would normally do in this situation. Here's some background - he was let go by his work in early September and supposed to be receiving WSIB immediately. That didn't happen so I applied for EI then had to drag him to the MP & MPP's office so we wouldn't have to wait 4-6 weeks for the first cheque. I've been the one making sure everything gets done, info is sent to WSIB, EI reports are done, kids are fed, winter clothes are purchased etc, etc, etc. He sleeps till noon then spends the rest of his time in the garage ignoring us. Yes he's depressed and in denial but he refuses to acknowledge it or get help. Yesterday I had enough.
I told (yelled) that if he wasn't going to get the money he could get the hell out because I'm tired of doing everything. (2 weeks ago he had the nerve to say he felt unappreciated). I lied and told him I know people who would move in and rent a room here. There was more said but I won't get into it. He came to me an hour later and told me that I wasn't allowed to use HIS van since he makes the payments on it. Well, 2 can play THAT immature game. I gave him a note (he wouldn't talk to me) saying if he wants clean clothes, go to the laundrymat 'cause he isn't using MY washer & dryer. Want your EI reports done? Go to the library 'cause you're not using MY computer. Want to eat? Go to the grocery store and get your own food 'cause i'm going to have a hard enough time getting food for myself and the kids. The list went on but I basically told him that he can either be reasonable about this or not but if he's going to play this game, it's only going to get worse for him.
10 minutes later he comes upstairs, tells our son that he loves him and that he's leaving. I was on the 3rd floor so when i came back to the main floor Alex was bawling. he wouldn't tell me what Jim said so I went outside to confront him. Well, I was told that I kicked him out of the house and he has nothing to live for so he was going to kill himself (overdose on pain meds) and it would all be on my head. I WAS FUMING!!! Coward!!! So I told him again that I didn't kick him out, he is making his choice to leave. And as for the suicide I'm not to blame for any of it, he's making that choice. So he left.
Alex was crying (he's 11), wouldn't talk to me and to see him in that kind of pain made me cry but I was so angry at Jim for being so selfish and not thinking about the pain he's causing everyone else in his life. I ended up calling he police so they could try and locate the van. he has no friends, no hangouts etc so I really didn't know where he'd be.
At 10:30pm he snuck into the house. I didn't talk to him, just went to the main floor to call the police. 3 cars and 6 cops came to make sure he wasn't going to hurt us and wasn't going to harm himself. I was hoping they'd take him to the psych ward for an assessment but they ended up coming back up from the basement and told me that Jim & I had some talking to do. Then they left. I wasn't impressed.
I went downstairs and slept with Alex and haven't talked to Jim since. I'm afraid that as soon as I open my mouth I'm going to blow up again. This is going to sound horrible but I really don't care if he does it or not. I just can't stand to see what this will do to the kids and how they'll feel for the rest of their lives. They are only 11, 10 and 6.
I realize this is extremely personal so if anyone is offended by this please pm me and I will delete it.
I just had to get this out and I know some of you can relate to it.

NS... Thanks for the heads up about the wiki.. I've noticed a lot of wierd stuff on it lately, so even when I don't add anything, a few times a day I just wipe it and replace it with my latest version, which I keep as a desktop item. Whoever it is doing it is clueless... you should see how they add stuff. *sigh*

I jsut wanted to share i had crappy day yesterday with many issues and well, I also found out my dd got a tattoo. One of those jail type ones on her ankle. Mind you it's illegal......It's ok she could've doen worse I am jstu worred abotu steriality. Not sure what eh punishemnt will be as i told ehr I woudl not sign for one and she ahd to wait till she as 18 as she will probably not want the same thing at 30. LOL. Well it's taht blue type small, and ugly and i woudl love to knwo who did it.

I am gooan take her to get tested as i doubt it was sterile. Nice.....Boy teenagers are dumbells.

Oh Aph... man I was totally your girl when I was young. I gave myself a home tattoo when I was 15. It is covered up now with a "real" tattoo, because it was awful. You do need to get her tested for sure, if a teenage boy did it, for sure he didn't do any kind of sterilizing.

k, 11 yr DS is having a mental health day from school today and he wants to go buy some Webkinz toys for his brother & sister for Christmas so we're heading out for a bit. The school has a counsellor but Alex bottles things in (like his dad) and is saying he doesn't want to talk to her. grrrrr!!!

I went to see it on stage a few years back with the young artists I hang out with. NS would have been proud of my attempt at being a cougar that night - escorted home by 5 very handsome young gentlemen. Of course, since this is *my* reality & not the fun world of TV, I was the only one who was straight.

I don't want to pizz anyone off, but I am so happily single. I just do not have the patience to live with anyone, well unless they are non human, I am very set in my ways, and if I really need something done around the place that I can not do myself, I can hire someone. I can't even stand to date anymore. The men I have met lately are too annoying, too dumb or too needy, and I can only stand that for a few hours. I feel bad for everyone that is having a rough time.

Seek was worried. Mostly cause I dont trust someone who would sneak into the house instead of saying I am sorry can I come in. Then I had to run to town to get pipe for my stove cause i hate freezing and Mine busted. I dont know how long it has been that way.

Hi everyone hope your all having a great day fraid I am hopelessly behind on the pages and I forgot to bookmark where I left off yesterday so gonna have to go searching. Would be easier to read from last to first except lmao it leaves me doing this at times trying to figure out whats been said for that response so for now just going to pop in and out to say hi. Done with my antibiotics and healthwise feeling fine just in a lot of pain with my hips. The doc order me some med to help with the spasms though so that should be feeling better soon.
