Yeah, he passed away in sept. (at 30)dh and I had been friends with him for 15 years She was pregnant when he passed and is due April. She having hard time as he stayed at home with daughter, so for her to find a babysitter was tough, so I offered to watch the daughter, she's 3 ,whenever needed.

I remember that now. For some reason I was thinking he was just being buried. Ok, i'm fine now. It's nice that your helping out with babysitting. It's good for the kids to be with someone they're comfortable with.

But your poor friend. OMG going through that while being pregnant. It's going to be a rough xmas on them all ;( Will say prayers for them.

Morning all. I've been trying to give rep, but I can't. Guess I spread too much around & they put me in quarantine.

I can't wait for tomorrow. My friend booked a last minute - we're talking really really last minute (so sort of within my budget, especially since my friend is loaning me the $ & I don't have to pay her back til next year) - trip somewhere warm & I get to go with her. Yippee!!!! I've never spent Thanksgiving in the US before, so should be fun. & I get to see white tigers in the desert. Care to venture a guess as to where I'm going? Can you tell I'm excited?!!!
