i am so upset right now, i thought everything was dealt with with in-laws about thanksgiving, only to come home from getting groceries to some nasty emails from everyone. That we are selfish about wanting to spend it by ourselves, etc., etc. I phoned my dh and couldnt even talk i was crying to much..he is so upset.
I dont get why it is such a bad thing to want to do this, he is always working and going to be gone and he just wants to spend it with the kids before he leaves...i hate holidays

I agree, I would have still married him but not had bent over backwards as well. For the first few years i used to hide my books and stuff as they didnt approve, and commented on it when they came over, till I got tired of it, why should I hide the things I like.. ahh..this could go on forever..I tease my dh hes lucky half mine live in the states and the other ones 4 hrs away...lol

On another note, anyone watch Baby Mama, am going to sit down and watch with dh, need a laugh after the day we have had...hope it has lots..shut my phone off, now just have to get off the computer..lol

Well, my dh is trying to.. i guess now they got his work cell number and are calling him on there, i hate to be the guy who gave them the number..lol..its just ridiculous they rarely want to se ehim as it is, he was kicked out at 16 because he got an earring its such a strained relationship, i'm just trying to keep peace but apparently that has backfired...i am trying now to get my mil on the phone to ask her politely to ask her other kids to stop with the emails. Why would a person want to go after all the nasty emails ..i didnt even answer them back..did not want to be rude...but maybe its time to be after 11 yrs..lol

i still have a day of entering words. my mother is cooking thanksgiving dinner,yeah. i am looking forward to my mom cooking because i always do it. my friend brought me over a bakeapple(cloudberry) cheesecake. i think i am in heaven, big sigh.

well, i came on to post the pic of the banana bread i just made. HEAVY LOAF! omg. only used 1.5 bananas. so it's more like cake than bread. but anyway, it's good and if you don't hear from me for 3 hours, you'll know why!

i have to borrow butter fr neighbours. *sigh* i picked up yeast and all that yesterday, never thought i din't have enuf butter, and promised ryan we'd make a loaf in the am.

he kept whining last night, (he was bawled out by cadets) i told him things'll look better in the am, they always do. how can you wake up to fresh banana bread and have a bad day?? lol.
