I came home late tonight after ending up at a party (ran into someone I know, who dragged me along - at least that's the story I'm going with).

I walked into the kitchen to find my cat perched on my counter (a big no-no). He ignored me when I informed him of the error of his ways, so I went closer. His eyes were glazed over and he kept opening and closing his mouth, looking like he was having some sort of seizure.

He suddenly realized I was there, his eyes went back to normal, then jumped off the counter and chirped at me. I was reaching over to check him out, when the eyes went weird again and he stared at the ceiling.

A blasted fly had gotten into the apartment, and my little hunter was getting ready to make the kill.

The fly ended up in the kitchen overhead light, so for now my poor boy must go hungry.

The dog, meanwhile, ran to her bed as soon as the cat started the hunt. She's like me, preferring to have well cooked processed food over anything rare. Then again, the cat is the man of the house.

LMAO at the cat. I have a pitbull/mastiff mix that jumps and chases flies, bees, leaves, well anything that moves she runs after. I will have to post pics of my pets tomorrow. Have a nail appt early.. Goodnight everyone catch after 10 am my time.

Something i think is odd... I left the pages open, watched grey's, came back... it told me it hadn't been over an hour, closed em, then it worked... i KNEW it had been an hour! Oh well

see? you only get pts for 5 comments but you get more than 10 votes in per day.--so it's the same thing. keep voting

The contest ... I am so confused ...unlimited for comments ....voting ... can vote 10 times in one day and get points, rest of votes don't count for points? have I got this right ??? Im still screwed up from the last contest .... and don't we have 10 kids in this contest? I only found NS's list of 8 ... unless I missed a post in the thread....

it's SUPPOSED to be unlimted # of comments earning you 50pts each. but its only giving you your points for 5 comments, then you get nothing for the rest

same prob last contest too.

there are only 8 kids in the contest. the rule is you can vote each hour for each kid (if you want). but you will only get pts for the first 10 votes, the rest aren't supposed to count. but this is screwed up too..as i got 16, someone else 14. so keep voting, the pts are counting (50 each)

So I did my voting after reading that it was working, and it took forever. Then again I am doing it for 2 accounts, one for me and the other from my mom.

Since I was getting points for each vote, I voted for everyone, 50 points is 50 points and since I don't think I'll win, I'll take the points. Only got points for the first 5 comments. So I will only be leaving 5 comments, but I will be voting.

The DD is running a race today at 10:45, so I am having an early lunch. The race is just 3 blocks from where I work. Woo Hoo - they are bussing it into town to compete with some other schools.

Just voted again - yes you have to sign in everytime you vote. Just make sure you do your words first or you wouldn't be ablet o enter them.

I just got the 50 points for 16 votes, I voted for everyone - that is an extra 800 points every hour when you vote. I sure hope they don't fix this booboo!!
