This is the management - we apolozie for whoever just grabbed the internal PA mike: We are still having technical difficulties and had the announcer noticed, she would have seen it was labelled SATURDAY 10:15.

Hi, Argo53 again - the actual Sat word (nice) worked for me (again - 1,000 more points) - so I quickly swtiched to hubby's account and by the time I got that up, the Q techies had it covered. Not fixed, just covered. Still labelled Sat 10:15 but not accepting NICE (yesterday's) and not accepting HENDRIX (today's). Suggest it will be totally fixed soon. Boy that was fun - I love playing, beat the techies!!

Then I decided to take Lily dog to the courtyard to tourist watch.



It`s really nice there in the spring & summer, once there are leaves on the trees.

Yeah I saw that too. But most drivers would ease up a little bit when a guy moves down like that, especially early in the race just after a restart. Keselowski has no respect for other drivers.

"Nice" should have worked but it didn't. The dashes worked just fine, but they won't work for the 4:15.

Hope everyone got out & got a bit of sunshine today.

I met a friend for lunch & we ended up sitting out on the patio (which technically wasn't open) people watching. There was still a bit of bite to the wind, but the sun made it all better.

When I got home, I took Lily dog out for a while, then took Quincy cat out to the bench in front of my building. By then it was a bit late for the tourists & getting chilly, so we weren't out there very long (I didn't put his coat on so he was a bit miffed!).

The only bad part of today was discovering that my little old cell phone is officially deceased. The poor fellow at the store just about fainted when I told him it was 9 yrs old. So tomorrow I get to learn how to use the new one I picked up. They were good enough to give me a discount & are recycling the relic (maybe I should have offered it to a museum instead?), so life's not too bad, altho I'm still mourning the old phone. So, now I'm on phone #4 since 1990 (I had a lemon that only lasted 2 yrs in there, the others had long lives). The model I got was recommended, because it tended to last a bit longer, since I apparently like to keep my phones for a few yrs (again, poor fellow was horror struck at the thought!).

Maybe the critters can figure out how it works, they're smarter than me.

I had a bag phone that I retired two years ago that was over fifteen years old that I used when I go into the bush where other cell phones wouldn't work. They're as powerful as a car phone so they can pull in and hold a weak signal. Where some guys have to climb a ridge or a tall tree I can stay on the ground. I can only guess that the other phones need a closer line of sight to pick up a signal whereas mine can pickup the the weaker signals that are deflecting off of whatever.
