Haha, I just realized, I store under my daughter's 'bed'! (Crib, lol.)
But it's just her clothes. :p
Since I get so many as gifts (Baptism, Birthday, or just generally someone's kids outgrown theirs) I go through, find the clothes that I'll be switching to next and put them in a bag and under her crib they go. The rest go into a tote box until the next season change (or size change).

must be thinking of that other lady whose whole house is like living inside a safeway. I am all for a stockpile, but when it overtakes your house, I think that is taking it to far........I don't mind being in a safeway, but wouldn't want my bed in aisle 3 next to the scrubbing bubbles if ya know what I mean!!

I agree with the first part, they keep repeating the same story over and over..... woman who is forced into couponing because someone in the family lost their job, they scavenge for hundreds of flyers, sort them in binders, plan their trip, go shopping, and always has some drama at the cash register not working properly. I still find it mildly entertaining though.

This was just a random thought I had while googling pictures of stockpiles(I know, what a weirdo), I wonder if this is just me, but do you guys only seem to drool over nicely organized huge stockpiles?
Like when I look at this
http://cdn.rainydaysaver.net/wp-cont.../06/Pantry.jpg
I'm like "ehh", and don't really enjoy it because it's not stored in a way that's uniform or neat. I want a stockpile that looks like a store, not a stockpile that looks like a Zellers (zing!).
Then when I look at this:

I'm all "WANT!" because it's so nice and all in rows. I love rows.Last edited by Chantel; Wed, May 18th, 2011 at 01:43 AM.

Neither of those appeal to me. The first one is just chaotic, i want to clear the shelves and put everything away properly. the second one is just EVERYTHING!!! i dont like the thought of cleaning supplies anywhere near food. i don't have a 'stockpile', i keep my bathroom stuff in the bathroom, pantry stuff in the pantry and laundry soap and cleaning supplies in the laundry room. i have no desire to have a store in my home lol

even tho this show is really not relevant for us canadians, i still think its bringing couponing to be more popular or more accepted.
I was told by someone who works in advertising that its ''the in thing'' right now and is just barely exploding
