    Lots of spaghetti left over from yesterday - so I'll make a casserole with it as the base mixed with some egg, then veggies and ground beef in a tomato-based sauce, topped with mozza. Sounds like it would work, lol!

    My mom is visiting so she made...
    Roast beef with gravy and baked potatoes, cabbage salad, pickled beets and for dessert some raisin poppyseed strudel thingy - everything was yummy!
