We totally had snow last night...but it all melted by this afternoon

no snow here! it was a beautiful 18 deg. we usually have a patch of snow under the cedar hedge until may, but there is nothing left this year!

BBQ pulled pork on a bun with a side of coleslaw.

We had pork chops, salad,left over mashed potatoes and some bread!

I don't know how, but I keep scoring half price lamb chops at IGA. This one was a tender lamb leg chop served with the usual broccoli... and some beets and rice are nice! And just a taste of red wine.

Samon glazed with maple sirup and some Raging river spices from dizzypig cook on the BBQ with some shimps and backed potatoes!

Happy Birthday to Me....dh brought me a piece of cake to work, and a customer brought me chocolate covered strawberries, so after work I am going home to eat my goodies!
