Oh, WOW!!

We had takeout Chinese last night - which means, YAY, I don't have to cook tonight either because we like a big variety of dishes, so our order is always good for at least two big meals.

it is a beautiful day today, so we are going to BBQ

On the menu: BBQ pork tenderloin, mixed green salad with strawberries, goat cheese and almonds, Couscous salad, with tomatoes, cucumbers, parsley, lemon and olive oil.

I can't wait !

Its bfs first day on day shift in 6 months so I actually get to eat dinner with him and its one of his fav things!

today it's going to be salmon!! bake the filets in a foil pouch with garlic, onion, tomatos and white wine. mmm then perhaps some brown rice and a spinach salad on the side.
